Returns and Exchanges
All of our cameras are sourced, restored and inspected by us personally. We aim to provide the highest detail in our product listings, and we work hard to ensure that all of our cameras are in full working order. That being said, we understand that problems may arise due to the nature of vintage items. -
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives defective outside of the detailed conditions when purchased or any initial defects are detected upon receiving the item. Please:
1) Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
2) Ship item(s) back within: 30 days of delivery*
There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Buyer contacts us more than 14 days after receiving the product.
- Buyer changes mind.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. We highly recommend using a tracking service as we will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (if approved) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank/credit card provider to investigate processing times. If you have completed all of the above and still not received your refund, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org.
